New Bedford Marine Commerce Terminal

Constructed and operated by the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC), the New Bedford Marine Commerce Terminal is the nation's first purpose-built offshore wind marshaling port. This facility is the product of exceptional collaboration between state and federal authorities to prepare the way for the U.S. offshore wind industry. Tufts faculty and alumni played important roles in the facility's development. (Photo credit: Susan Nilson 2014)
